Venkatesh’s Shadow Movie Release Date
Venkatesh’s upcoming movie ‘Shadow’ is slated to be released on
January 11, 2013 on the eve on Sankranthi. Meher Ramesh is directing
this stylish and action entertainer and Tapsee is the heroine.Currently,
the talkie part shooting is going on in full pace.
Venkatesh has sported a different look for ‘Shadow’ movie. Srikanth
and Madhurima are playing pivotal roles in ‘Shadow’. SS Thaman is
composing the music while Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan are providing the
story, screenplay and dialogues. Paruchuri Kireeti is producing ‘Shadow’
movie under United Movies banner.
Prabhas Rebel to release for Dussera
Young Rebel Star Prabhas starrer Rebel
has reached the final leg of shooting and the schedule gets wrapped up
by August 9. But, the makers are planning to release the film in the
month of September for Dussera.
Prabhas has been shooting for Rebel for
more than a year and the Young Rebel Star has informed Lawrence to wrap
up the shoot earlier as she has allocated his call-sheets to his other
film Vaaradhi in Koratala Siva direction after which he will commence
Rajamouli’s high-budgeted movie.
Rebel is an out and out mass entertainer
being produced by J. Bhagavan and J. Pulla Rao under the Sri Balaji
Cine Media banner. Tamanna and Deeksha Seth are playing the female leads
and Lawrence is the music diretor.
Thuppaki Release Date Postponed
A Chennai court has extended the interim stay order against Vijay’s upcoming film ‘Thupakki’ till August 1. The order was issued on a petition filed by the makers of a movie titled ‘Kalla Thupakki’. As per the reports recived to timesofap.com When the case came up for hearing, the city civil court passed the order since Film Chamber of Commerce and Cinema and TV Producers Guild requested time to respond. The allegation against the makers of ‘Thupakki’ by those of ‘Kalla Thupakki’ was that the latter had registered the title ‘Kalla Thupakki’ in 2009 itself. However, using the influence of Vijay’s father and Tamil Film Producers Council president S A Chandrasekaran, the producers of Vijay’s next venture had registered the title Thupakki against the rules and regulations,” they alleged. The court sought the views of Film Chamber and Producers Guild before passing an order and granted an interim stay. Since they have sought time, the case has been posted to August 1.
Badmash Movie Release Date
Producer Bandla Ganesh informed the release date and the regular shooting of Badshah is currently going on at Milan, Italy. where a song and few important scenes are being shot on the lead cast of the movie. This schedule will continue for about 25 days and the makers are planning next schedule in Bangkok, which will begin from the first week of August.
NTR is acting in a dynamic role in which he never did before and Kajal Agarwal is acting as the heroine for the second time with NTR after Brindavanam. S S Thaman is composing the tunes for this movie. I Andrew is the cinematographer.
Srimannarayana Release Date August 17
Balakrishna’s upcoming movie ‘Srimannarayana’ is expected to release
on August 17. Recently Balakrishna has wrapped up the shooting and
producer Ramesh Puppala said that he is very to complete the entire film
in a single schedule and thanked Balakrishna for his professionalism.
Parvati Melton and Isha Chawla are the heroines opposite to
Balakrishna while Chakri is composing the music. Producer is planning to
release the audio of ‘Srimannarayana’ in the last month of July or in
the first month of August. Ravi Chavali is the director and Ramesh
Puppala is producing the film under Yellow Flowers Entertainment banner.
Ram Charan's 'Yevadu' release date confirmed by director
Confirming the news, director Vamsi Paidipalli tweeted in his Twitter page. " #yevadu might release in December !!!! SVSC will be releasing in September,so we had to postpone it!!!!!"
He further added Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu and VV Vinayak's movie are releasing in October. So they are focusing to release Yevadu on Chirstmas holidays. He tweeted, "Cgr and VVV movie will be releasing in OCT!!!!! we are focussing about Christmas holidays and new year eve lets see".
However, the director also mentioned that the movie will not be a release for Sankranthi as there are 5 other big releases for Sankranthi.
Recently, the unit has shot a raunchy item number on Ram Charan and British model in Scarlett Wilson. The new schedule of the movie was started on June 28, 2012 at Hyderabad. Samantha and Amy Jackson are playing female lead roles in the movie. Allu Arjun will be seen in special role in the movie.
Dil Raju is producing the movie under his Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. Devi Sri Prasad is composing music for the movie. Vakkantam Vamsi is writing screenplay and Chota K. Naidu will handle the camera.

Lakshmi Ramakrishnan has carved a niche for herself by playing character
roles in movies such as ‘Pirivom Sandhippom’, ‘Eeram’, ‘Nan Mahan
Alla’, ‘Yuddham Sei’ and ‘Poi Solla Porom’Now she is ready with her
maiden directorial venture, titled ‘Aarohanam’, which will be released
on July 27.
Says the actress-director, “Aarohanam is a Sanskrit word, and in musical context, it denotes the ascending of the swarams in the ragas. But my film is not a musical subject. I chose to call it Aarohanam because it talks about the upswings in the lives of the protagonists.
Interestingly, many of my friends told me that they didn’t understand the meaning of my title. It was surprising because though we are musically-inclined, we aren’t aware of the basics of aarohanam and avarohanam in Carnatic music.

Rebel Releasing on Independence Day
As per the latest speculations in filmnagar Prabhas’s Rebel is likely to release for Independence day (August 15). Lawrence is directing this stylized mass movie. Lawrence is trying best to present Prabhas in completely different look. Tamanna and Deesksha Seth are playing the female leads in it.
Currently 'Rebel' is progressing at Bangkok,where some important sequences are canning on Prabhas, Tamanna, Mukhesh Rushi and others. Bhagawan and Pulla Rao are jointly producing the movie under the Sri Balaji Cine Media banner. C Ram Prasad is the cinematographer. Raghava Lawrence himself composing the music for this film.
Lawrence, who has good command over making films that impresses mass audience, makes sure that Rebel too fits the bill. If every thing goes well Rebel will hit the screens as per schedule other wise we have to wait for a fresh release date.

July 2 at the majestic Anna Centenary Library auditorium at Kotturpuram
in Chennai.
It will be a grand red carpet event as the producers are planning to telecast it later on a leading channel. All stars and technicians connected with the film except for Ajith will be attending this event.
Ajith
is the only actor in India who as a policy never attends any
promotional events associated with his films. Parvathy Omanakuttan the
heroine of the film has tweeted that she along with the rest of the unit
will be there for this event.

It is preposterous to even suggest that down South and in some of the overseas markets like Singapore, the Gulf and Japan; there is any Indian star bigger than Rajinikanth.
Naturally as and when he arrives with his next release Kochadaiyaan, the decks will be cleared for his grand entry. But a segment of the media went to town over the past weekend suggesting that Kochadaiyaan was being postponed from its original release date; that is Diwali 2012 to accommodate Ajay Devgn’s Son of Sardar (SOS).
A source from the film corporation bankrolling Kochadaiyaan says, “We haven’t set an official release date for Rajini Sir’s film. We are going very wide with this film and it will have versions in Tamil Telugu, Hindi, German and some other foreign languages. Everything that is said/written about on the release date is speculation. If the film is ready in time, we may even release it around Diwali.”
The film’s producer Dr Murli Manohar reportedly admitted to some media members that Kochadaiyaan may not come on Diwali.
The Bollywood trade pundits aver that this is in the best interests of the Rajini-Deepika Padukone film. Says a leading distributor-exhibitor, “Diwali (November 13, 2012) is going to be a tightly contested period with two mega releases Ajay Devgn’s Son of Sardar and Shah Rukh Khan’s untitled venture directed by Yash Chopra taking away the key shows across most parts of India. Even in the overseas markets where Hindi cinema has a strong fan base; there is a clear division. SRK is big in Dubai, Malaysia, Germany and central London, but Ajay’s SOS is being looked forward to in Toronto, New York, Birmingham, and other parts of the US, where the Sikh community has a strong-hold.
If Kochadaiyaan comes in the same period, it will only mean that shows will be very badly divided. If Rajini Sir comes on Diwali, he will make a clean sweep down South. But up North and in Central India, the equation will be skewed. It is therefore in the best interest of all parties concerned that three-big films don’t come on the same date.

on June 22 along with 'Sakuni' but the release was postponed to June 29
as the post production works got delayed. Now the producer doesn’t want
the film to be clashed with 'The Amazing Spider Man' as its going to be
released all over India on June 29. So the producer has planned to
release the movie on July 13 as there are no releases of star heroes in
Tamil. Well if 'David Billa' is release on the same date in Telugu, its
gonna be a tough time for the film as Trivikram Srinivas's 'Julayi' and
Puri Jagannath's 'Devudu Chesina Manushulu' are also scheduled to be

Star Allu Ajun, writer cum director Trivikram Srinivas combo film
Julayi is set for a grand release on July 13. The date has been
confirmed by the producer Radhakrishna who made the film on Haarika and
Hassinee Creations banner with Devi Sri Prasad as the music director.
The makers planned to hold the platinum disc function on 8th
July as the audio turned out to be a success. Julayi casts Ileana as
the female lead and Rajendra Prasad in a crucial role while Sonu Sood is
doing the negative lead. DVV Danayya is presenting the film.
Julayi has art by Ravinder, fights by
Peter Heins, editing by Praveen Pudi and story, screenplay, dialogues,
