Director SS Rajamouli's Magic leaves Producer spell bound
Senior producer D Suresh Babu is a hard nut to crack and impressing a
person like him will be never gonna be easy. But Rajamouli achieved that
with his magical touch to 'Eega'.
Notably, D Suresh Babu is one of the producers of 'Eega'. After seeing the first copy of the film last night, he hugged Rajamouli and expressed his happiness by saying he is proud to be part of a film like Eega.
Jakkanna has passed the first test. Of course, the final verdict is in the hands of audience. Now, it's up to them to decide the fate of the film at the Box Office.

'Eega' Movie to be released in 3D in Hindi
Bilingual animation film " Eega", claimed to be southern cinema's most
technologically superior movie, will be dubbed in Hindi, which will be
converted into 3D version, says producer Suresh Babu.
The socio-fantasy film, releasing worldwide in Tamil and Telugu July 6 with 1,200 prints, is written and directed by S.S.Rajamouli. Conversion technology is being used to make the 3D version of the movie, said the filmmakers at a press meet here.
Producer Suresh Babu said that movie has cost between Rs.28 crore to Rs.30 crore.
"We are sure to release the 3D version of ' Eega' in compatible theatres in north and Maharashtra. We are releasing the Telugu version ' Eega' and Tamil version ' Naan Ee' in Mumbai and other important centres in north," said Rajamouli.
The Hindi version is expected to come out at the end of the year and the director is confident of "a greater response to the 3D version in Hindi when it is released".
In the film, a house fly plays the protagonist's role, while Kannada actor Sudeep plays the antagonist, who kills a young man who falls for the same girl as him.
Later, the dead man takes the life of a house fly to torment the antagonist.

Day to day update on post
production activities of ‘Eega’ reported to public and media in the name
of ‘Eega Progress Report’ has got good response. While, this can be
considered as a wonderful marketing stunt by rajamouli to create good
hype for the film with two weeks left before release, some view this
even as an educational tutorial on post production stages a negative has
to go through in order to evolve as a perfect film what we enjoy on
screen today.
Apparently, all the section of people can never understand these technical pains. What they demand for is ultimately an entertaining product. So, keeping aside these ‘Progressive Reports’ of promotional techniques, audience and analysts are excited to see the actual ‘Progress Card’ of rajamouli on July 6th. Once the film releases in theatres, it’s the audience who will award a grade to Jakkanna. Going by the performance and ‘Progress Cards’ of his past films results, we can’t take anything less than a ‘Distinction’ or a ‘State Rank.’
Its not Nani but Rajamouli gives voice to 'Eega'
SSRajamouli who said that he was dissatisfied with the screen presence of Nani for Eega surprised everyone with his new decision. The latest news is that Rajamouli himself is dubbing for the Eega character in the film. It was earlier expected that Nani would dub for the Eega role but now it is reported that Rajamouli will provide his voice to Eega.
On the other hand Rajamouli is confident that audience will be surprised after watching the movie. He said that, beginning from the titles to 'The End' audience will be surprised with enough entertainment elements.
"Eega" is the most-awaited films of the year. The movie is getting ready to hit the big screens on July 6,2012. At present, the movie is in final stages of Visual works. The film's presenter Daggubati Suresh Babu is planning to release the movie with around 1200 prints in all the three languages - Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. Nani, Samanatha and Sudeep played the lead roles. MM Keeravani composed the music.
